Awesome kit I really like it — have tried several brands and various types however I have been impressed with the kit. Really happy with my purchase. I let it sit upright for 24 hours before turning it on as per the instructions, turned it on, no issues at all. Within the first 24 hours it had filled the tank and needed to be emptied! It now collects a lot less daily but obviously it has already sucked up the initial build up and is now just maintaining a healthy humidity level. Crazy how much moisture it actually found! Since then my walls and windows have been bone dry 24/7, the air feels cleaner. Pretty sure I'm sleeping better too. I am very confident of it helping me to avoid mould and damp in my bedroom now.
This is an excellent product. I had bought another one at first and it didn't collect any water. This one was delivered and I couldn't believe the amount of moisture it collected. There was no condensation on any windows and doors. I was that impressed, I have bought a second one for other areas of my home. The dehumidifier has been run for less than 24 hours in total, and I've just emptied the water tank, which was almost full — very pleased with this. Would I recommend this? Absolutely, it's fairly compact, well made, not too noisy, and seems to be very efficient.
I purchased the ARIBIO dehumidifier three weeks ago as a replacement for a much smaller, inefficient unit. Thus far it has collected many litres of water, and has also helped with the drying process of my clothes — a great benefit during cold and damp winter months. What is most remarkable is the increased sense of warmth I feel in the air once the unit reaches my set parameter of 55% humidity.
I opted for this Aribio model based on its capacity and the collection tank. The dehumidifier works extremely well. Clothes on the airer are now dry in around 4 hours so no more re-washes due to smells from being damp too long. The windows no longer suffer from condensation either. I have a 3 bedroom house and run the dehumidifier at the top of the stairs and it is sufficient to keep the downstairs windows clear of condensation too. Another plus — it looks extremely smart.
